This movie would have been great if it was thirty-six minutes long, and even better if it had omitted the maudlin family drama and ponderous existential musings.
As it stands, it was A-GO-NIZ-ING.

Wow, I think this is the first negative review I've read/heard about this movie. In some ways it only makes me want to see it more -- now I'm intrigued... :)
